Cookie Policy

This page lists everything klipprr.com stores in your browser. Strictly necessary items are always active. Nothing else loads until you opt in, and you can change your mind at any time.

Change what you allow, whenever you want:

1. What we mean by “cookies”

Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. We also use two related technologies — localStorage (survives until cleared) and sessionStorage (cleared when you close the tab). They are treated the same way here: necessary, or opt-in.

2. Strictly necessary (always active)

These make sign-in and the consent choice itself work. They are not used for analytics or advertising, and the site cannot function without them, so they do not require consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.

3. Analytics (opt-in)

Loaded only after you accept the Analytics category. These tell us which pages get read and where people give up, so we can fix the product.

4. Advertising measurement (opt-in)

Loaded only after you accept the Advertising measurement category. These tell us which advertisement led to a download or a subscription. We do not use them to build profiles for third-party targeting.

We currently run no Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel on this site. If that changes, this table and the consent banner will be updated before any Meta tag is loaded.

5. Server-side measurement

Some events (page views, sign-ups, checkout starts, purchases) are also sent from our own server rather than from your browser, because browser tags are often blocked. The rules are the same:

With analytics consent: the event goes to Google Analytics 4 and PostHog, including your IP address and browser user agent.
With advertising consent as well: a purchase or sign-up event may also go to Meta’s Conversions API, with your email address hashed (SHA-256) before it leaves us.
Without consent: nothing is sent at all. The request is accepted and discarded.

6. Changing or withdrawing consent

Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer of any page, or the button at the top of this page. Withdrawal applies immediately to future collection; it cannot undo data already collected while consent was active.

You can also delete cookies and site data through your browser settings, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies entirely. Blocking the strictly necessary items above will break sign-in.

Data already held by an analytics provider can be deleted by asking us at hello@klipprr.com — see the Privacy Policy for how we handle those requests.
